Details
& Information

  • Scaleable, vector files: You will receive AI (Adobe Illustrator) and EPS files for your finalized logo concept.

  • High-resolution PDF file: excellent for printing; can be opened in Illustrator.

  • Logo files are to be delivered in PNG file format as follows:

    • Full-color logo with a colored background.

    • Full-color logo with transparent background.

    • Grayscale logo.

    • A small version of your logo to use as a favicon or icon.

  • Social Media Graphics for three desired platforms of choice (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest …etc.) in PNG file format.

  • Social Media post templates are to be provided via Canva.com or any other online editor of the Client’s choice.

  • Fully designed and published a website of 1 to 7 pages using Wix or Squarespace.

  • One-on-One Guidance and training on Website CMS and Campaign Planning.

  • The support period starts right after the final delivery of the project, during which the Client receives a 20% discount for any additional service requested.

Copyright
& Exclusivity

  • The Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the results in portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibitions for the purpose of recognizing creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with the authorship of the results in relation to such uses.

  • All logo concepts presented that are not selected as a final project can be used by the Designer as he wishes.

  • All rights for the final project are transferred to the Client to modify, reproduce, and communicate to the public. However, it is strictly prohibited to redistribute the logo and provided files as stock or as design templates.

  • If the Client wishes the project to remain completely private, an additional fee of $200.00 will be charged.

  • A minimum additional charge of $300.00 may occur depending on the Client’s urgency.

  • If the Client chooses to receive more than one option as a final project, an amount of $300.00 will be charged for each new option selected.

  • The Client agrees that, in the event that a Project is canceled for any reason other than a breach of the terms established by the Designer, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

  5. You don’t pay me unless you feel confident in what is expected.

  6. I’ll supply you with a Brand Discovery Questionnaire and help you connect the dots.
